In order to provide you with an approximate estimate of the time and cost of your project, we’d like for you to send us some pictures of your space; that way Luis – our tile setter guru – is able to gain a better understanding of the project.
Initial Phone Call📞
The first step of working together is to reach out to us. On the initial phone call, we’ll go over the general scope of your project. We’ll talk about the timeline and budget, and provide an estimate over the phone. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person visit to get a better sense of the details.
At-Home Consultation🏡
We come out to your home to meet you and see your space.
We'll discuss details of the project in-depth providing you with valuable information that is exclusive to the consultation Goals, problems, expectations.
$150 to $400 Consultation Fee depending on the scope of the project (credited towards the project)
After the consultation, if you would like to continue with the job, we ask for a 50% deposit in order to schedule and hold an installation appointment.
Design Phase👨🏻💻
Once a contract is signed and a deposit is collected, we’ll go over the design. From transforming the layout to choosing the smallest accents, we’ll nail down the details that will you give you your perfect space while maximizing your budget.
Build Phase👷
This is the fun part – we get to work on your space! As we start to build it out, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you to make the construction phase easy in your daily life. We don’t want you to ever feel like a stranger in your own home!
Love Your New Space❤️
Once the job is completed, we’ll walk through the space and make sure every part of it is exactly what you were imagining. We’ll make sure everything looks great and is exactly what you want. Get ready to love your new space, and then invite your friends over to enjoy it too!
